About a week ago, my partner took me to one of my favorite places in Southern Utah, Gunlock. For the last few years it seemed as though the lake was getting ready to call it quits. The wildlife no longer existed in the presence of this beautiful space. The trees and flowers had all become sticks and ash. However, to my surprise, I noticed an immaculate change this year; the lake decided to bloom and grow again. I could not recall ever seeing this lake so blue or surrounded by such beautiful plant life. The water reached its full capacity and the wildlife has swarmed back to nurture it.
It was at seeing this site that reminded me how much I adore nature and the rewards that we can reap from mother natures generosity. I want to share my knowledge of mother nature with you. Nature plays an important role in my ancestry. For the last year I have studied immensely about my Scottish heritage and have become quite attached to people I've never known and their traditions.
The main focus of this blog will be presenting my heritage and its traditions through the study of all things metaphysical and nature related. Here, you will learn how to make your very own herbal health care products including:
- Massage/Body Oils & Lotions
- Hair Care Products & Soap
- Bath Salts, Essential Oils & Incense
- Gaelic Types of Magic
- Meditation and Astrology
- History of Sacred Trees & Animals
- Traditional Gatherings of Family
There are so many wonderful and beautiful elements that make up our lives and genealogy is one of them. I want to focus on the lives that were left behind before my family came to America. We will explore, together, the ways that were and how to incorporate them into our modern lifestyles. I will be sharing home-made videos, step-by-step photography, personalized articles, and so much more! I hope you are as excited as I am about this blog and truly look forward to your support.
Kindly take note that all photography is copyright to Eli McGregor, my partner.
